Train the trainer

This session involves 4 stages. The comprehensive competence building envisages training 15 persons to be competent to deliver the Cialdini’s Influence training to cover the large number of company’s employees. It is suitable for corporates and Universities.

Stage1

Each delegate has to read the book Influence- The Psychology of Persuasion by Dr. Robert Cialdini. The learners shall highlight sections of the book that they find of interest. There will be a book reading and discussion session in the next phase.

Stage 2

Each delegate will be provided access to the self-paced on-line learning module. This video enabled learning has been delivered by Dr. Robert Cialdini, and comprises of a final exam. Successful delegate will be awarded a certificate as Certified Ethical Influence Practitioner by Cialdini Institute USA.

Certified Trainer Program

Delegates would necessarily complete both of the above to earn their slot in the in-person3 day training.

Stage 3

3-day classroom training. The training for this will be a specially curated one, which will enable the delegate to absorb the knowledge and be able to deliver the training. The session will include the topics of Human Decision Making, 7 Principles of Influence, and Contrast. There will be several workshops where the learners shall practice the delivery of the training.

Stage 4

Individual trainers shall be witnessed during their training delivery and cleared upon demonstrated competence. This activity may be done on-line or in-person.

An on-line interview of each delegate shall be with Bas Wouters, who will finally approve each individual trainer.

A formal certificate shall be provided by Cialdini Institute India certifying the Trainer.

Trainers shall be monitored during their deliveries, at least once in 2 years to maintain their currency and validity.
